Athletes should be independently erging
at the YMCA from October - February. Sessions at the H.S. will be explored with new Club option.
Each session should be a minimum 5K. Intervals by stroke or time suggested. Lower s/m and drive the splits down. Erging in pairs with
concentration on good form and flexibility. 2K and 4K often. Alternative workouts can be found on Concept2.com

Erg Ranking will have an impact
on boat placements. Students who do not meet the minimum requirements but still wish to row will be boated with comparable
athletes.
