Athletes should be independently erging
at the YMCA from November - February. Sessions at the H.S. will be explored.
Each session should be a minimum 5K. Intervals by stroke or time suggested. Lower s/m and drive the splits down. Erging in pairs with
concentration on good form and flexibility. 2K and 4K often. Alternative workouts can be found on Concept2.com
2K re-takes by appointment only, Thursdays at 3:30, 2 or more athletes.
