Robert Greenwood - Head Coach since
2006. Coach Greenwood began his rowing career with the Carnegie Lake Rowing Association of Princeton, NJ and is
a U.S. Rowing Class 1 Certified coach. After a long athletic career competing and coaching many sports both in private and
public schools Coach Greenwood came to rowing after a personal quest for a more fulfilling personal and athletic experience.
Initially trained by Princeton University coaches with the Lakers, Coach Greenwood has experienced many rowing sessions and
clinics with some of the top level instructors in the rowing community. These instructors include Steve Wagner Head Coach
of Rutgers University and Director of Black Bear Sculling, Topher Bordeau Head coach Dartmouth College, Paul Bogenhagen, Head
Coach Bucknell University, Tom Hewitt, Head Coach Stockton College and U.S. Rowing Coaching Instructor, Marlane Royal Staff
writer for Rowing News and Co-Director of Craftsbury Sculling Center, Jim Joy Director of the Canadian National Team 35 years.
Coach Greenwood is a multiple Grant winner with Concept2 and the Westfield Foundation and has been a teacher for 15 years, 9
years in the Westfield school district.

Woody Handza - Coach Handza is Westfield Crew's first collegiate athlete. A 2006
Westfield graduate, coach Handza currently attends Washington College, where he is a member of the Varsity Crew and Basketball
teams. Coach Handza rowed stroke seat for the Westfield Varsity Quad and Double. His Crew reached the Stotesbury Semi-finals
in 2006. A U.S. Rowing Class 1 certified coach, Coach Handza has specialized in instructing the Westfield Summer Learn to
Row program and private lessons.

Jaclyn Wagner - A highly accomplished rower and coach, Jackie has served on the coaching
staff at Buckingham, Browne and Nichols School and at Community Rowing of Boston. She has coached at numerous sculling camps
and clinics over the past 7 years. Currently Black Bear Sculling. Jackie learned to scull at an early age, and went on to
Rutgers University, where she was the Captain of the Varsity Women's Crew and qualified for the NCAA Championships her
senior year.

Tom Langowski - Assistant Coach,came to Westfield Crew after rowing three years, 2003-2006
at Manhattan College. Tom has been an active member with the Carnegie Lake Crew—Princeton, NJ since 2008. In addition
to coaching and rowing, Tom is also a U.S. Rowing Referee.
Josie Greenwood - Westfield Crew's most critical eye, Coach Josie, age 8, has been with the
team full-time since Spring 2007. Coach Josie regularly rides in the Launch and points out who is not sitting up or rushing
the slide. An expert of the team's equipment, Coach Josie can instruct athletes on which oars go where, what boats are
what and how to manage the oar box. Coach Josie has been rowing since the summer of 2007 having rowed all four in quads with
other coaches and seniors.
