Westfield Crew offers competitive rowing opportunities and a summer Learn-to-Row program for young men and women in grades 8-12.  Our home for water practices is the Raritan River at the Rutgers Boatyard in New Brunswick, New Jersey (location, directions).  Our main racing season is in the spring.  In the fall, Westfield Crew offers opportunities for new rowers to build their skills on the water, and we also participate in several competitive regattas.  

We are a private, tuition-based, not-for-profit rowing club.  The summer Learn-to-Row program is a prerequisite to participate on the rowing team.  Sessions fill up on a first-come basis and are open to those who wish to become part of the competitive team or those who simply wish to try  out the sport. 

We compete in regattas at venues around the tri-state area, including Oyster Bay and the Raritan, Schuylkill, Passaic and Cooper rivers.
